Grant Recipient Type :  NGO / Nonprofit
Budget :  $45,000
Contact Name :  Jennifer Birkett, WLF

As in many developing countries, Kenya's asthma patients lack quality care, primarily due to inadequate diagnoses and inability to obtain preventive drug therapy.
Direct Grant :  Yes

KENYA Patients receive information and treatment on World Asthma Day at the Kenyan Association for Tuberculosis and Lung Disease, a WLF grantee.
