- Central team strengthened with the recruitment of new staff.
- TC Program initiated in four new states.
- Applications filed in government departments questioning the implementation of smoke-free ban in public places, pictorial warnings on tobacco products, trademarks rules in Godfrey Philips and Wills Lifestyle, and enforcement of smoke-free rules.
- Coalition formed in all targeted states. Initiated work in all new states.
- Formation of district monitoring committee initiated in partnership with district administration.
